How do I sign up for the Wine Club? Just select which Wine Club case you would like to receive - red, white or mixed, add to your shopping basket and simply checkout!
What do I get? 6 bottles of wine every 2 months for 1 year from the date of your purchase. The contents of your case will change each month andwill be chosen by our Wine Expert Angela Mount.
What are ‘tasting notes'? You'll get tasting notes on each of the wines and food matching ideas from our wine expert Angela Mount.
Do I get to know what is in each case before I get it? You will receive an email 2 weeks before your next case is due with information about what is in your next case.
What if I don't like the wines you send me - can I change them? If you do not like any of your wines we will refund you, no questions asked. If you would like to change them please call us on 0870 126 1088.
Can I delay delivery of a case of wine/skip a month? If you have any changes to your delivery date or location please call us on 0870 126 1088 with your reference number handy, or send an email to wineclub@yourfavouritewines.com as soon as possible and include your order reference number within the email.
I originally ordered a red/white/mixed case -can I change my selection to another case? Yes you can. Please send an email to wineclub@yourfavouritewines.comor call us on 0870 126 1088.
When do I get my free case? You will receive 6 bottles free after 12months of being a wine club member - it will be dispatched shortly after your 6th case has been dispatched.
Do you offer a 100% money back guarantee? If you have any problems with your order, or simply do not like the wine let us know immediately and they will be collected from you and we will refund your money.
What do I do if I change address? Please send an email to wineclub@yourfavouritewines.com as soon as possible with your current and new address and also include your order reference number within the email. You can also call us on 0870 126 1088
How am I charged? Your chosen debit or credit card (the card used at the time you purchased your first case) will be debited on dispatch ofyour wine - we email you 2 weeks prior to each case going out.
What if I change my bank and need to change my credit card details? Please contact us immediately on 0870 126 1088.
Can I cancel at any time? If you are not happy or your circumstances changeand you need to cancel, please call us on 0870 126 1088 or email us at wineclub@yourfavouritewines.com as soon as possible.
What if I am not in when it is delivered/can you leave it somewhere else? There is an option to provide a brief courier instruction in the delivery address section of the checkout process. If no instruction is provided, Parcelforce will either leave the wine with your local Post Office branch for collection by you or return it to their depot. A card will be left to inform you where the wine is held and what action is required.
Please note: At this time we can only accept short instructions such as 'leave it with next door neighbour - leave it at the back of the house - leave it in the porch.' We cannot accept an alternate full address as an instruction but are working on having that option for you.
What if the bottles are broken? Contact us as soon as possible on 0870 126 1088, we will then make enquiries with our couriers and arrange for a replacement to be sent out if necessary.
What if my wine is stolen? Our courier will only leave the wine according to your specific delivery instructions, to ensure that it is delivered safely. If you are concerned about your wine being left please provide an alternative instruction at the time or ordering.
Which brands do you work with? We are always adding more brands to our extensive portfolio. We supply most of the best know brands in the UK - Jacob's Creek, Gallo Family Vineyards, Wolf Blass, Lindemans, Casillero del Diablo, Villa Maria,Brancott Estate Montana, Turning Leaf, Campo Viejo, Codorniu, Mumm Champagne,Taittinger, Louis Jadot, Louis Latour and Perrier Jouet Champagne.
