Wine Club Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are in addition to the generic terms and conditions of YourFavouriteWines, which can be found here.

The YourFavouriteWines Club is open to UK residents only. By joining the www.yourfavouritewines.com Wine Club you will receive 6 bottles of some of the world's best-known wines every 2 months for a year and a free case of 6 bottles at the end of that year.

When you add the Wine Club mixed, red or white case to your basket we will charge you for that particular case plus £6.99 delivery. Unless you cancel your Wine Club Membership we will notify you approximately every 2 months that your next case of wine is due to be dispatched. We will send the email to you 2 weeks in advance of dispatching your wine.  To keep things simple our pricing does not change - you will always be charged £29.99 plus delivery every 2 months.

You can skip or cancel at any time by notifying us within 7 days of receiving your notification email. You can reach us on 0870 126 1088. If we do not hear from you we will deliver the case of wine to the address that you signed up with and charge the credit card you used when signing up a charge of £29.99 plus a delivery charge of £6.99.

You will receive tasting notes for the wine within your case and a free waiter's corkscrew with your first case. You will be automatically entered into prize draws every two months (each prize draw will have its own general terms & conditions which will be found on the website.) You are not obligated to receive the prize if your name is drawn.

We will send you a link to an online survey for you to fill in at your leisure after you have bought your first Wine Club case. This will enable us to obtain information about the kinds of wine you like and a little more information about you. The information obtained in this survey will only be used by www.yourfavouritewines.com. By completing the survey you will automatically be entered into a draw to win a case of wine. The winner will be notified via email and delivery will be arranged at a convenient time.

You consent to us holding your credit card details used to purchase your first case for repeat payment. By taking up the Wine Club offer you are agreeing to be sent information about future cases every two months, which you will automatically receive unless you notify us otherwise.

Purchasers must be 18 years or over. Please note that vouchers or any other special offer cannot be applied against a Wine Club purchase unless otherwise stated. If you have any queries about delivery please call 0870 126 1088 or email wineclub@yourfavouritewines.com
