UK orders placed before 3pm will normally be delivered between 2-7 working days. Deliveries to non-mainland UK, Highlands and Islands of Scotland will take up to 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch therefore may take up to 8 working days for delivery.
Your Favourite Wines uses Parcel Force exclusively. We feel they provide the best service possible to distribute fragile goods all over the UK. Parcel Force mostly uses their own branded delivery vans to make deliveries, but occasionally they may deliver using ordinary non-branded vans.

Deliveries can be at any time of the day so if nobody is available to take
delivery please advise us of this beforehand and provide us with an instruction
such as leave it with a neighbour or at the back of the house.

Yes, please supply delivery address details when placing your order.
If we are not given an instruction when you place your order, Citylink will make two delivery attempts (only on working days) and card you each time. If you are carded twice it is then up to you to go and collect your order from the local Citylink depot. The cards you are left will have your reference number and a telephone number on them.
Unfortunately not. We do not allow any collections from our distribution centre.
