The Autreau Family have been involved in growing grapes and producing champagne since 1670. Based in the picturesque village of Champillon, near Epernay. The current generation, led by Eric Autreau, maintain the family tradition of producing quality Champagnes from the best grapes from both their own vineyards and those they source on longterm contracts from all the best villages in the region. All their wines are produced and aged in their cellars on the edge of the village overlooking the regions best vineyards on the slopes of the Montagne de Rhiems and with views of Abbey at Hautvilliers and the Marne valley and the historic City of Epernay.Very few house produce the complete range of Champagnes as the Autreau family do. From the lively, crisp and balance wines of the House style, through the stylish 1er cru Brut and Rose Brut wines to the Fabulous Grand Cru Vintages sourced exclusively from the very best Grand Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards of the Marne Valley and Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Cotes du Blanc. They also have a Blanc de Blanc 1er cru produced from the Chardonnay grown in the village of Choilly and aged for over 4 years.
