Crisp, fresh citrus fruit aromas and delectably fine bubbles combine in this medium-bodied sparkling wine. Ideal served as an apertif with canapés and sensational with oysters and scallops.
Casillero del Diablo got it's name over 120 years ago from a legend created by the winery's founder - Don Melchor. When Don noticed that some of his finest Concha Y Toro wines were missing, he spread the rumour amongst villagers that a devil lived in his cellar. Hence the translated named of Devil's Cellar. Since then the wine theives remain deterred.
