Dark and deep purple. Ripe, densely packed with blackcherry, currant and cedar flavors. Round mouthfilling with ample soft and sweet tannins, finishing with lively acidity to balance the intense range of flavours. Perfect with spicy foods and red meats.

Casillero del Diablo got it's name over 120 years ago from a legend created by the winery's founder - Don Melchor. When Don noticed that some of his finest Concha Y Toro wines were missing, he spread the rumour amongst villagers that a devil lived in his cellar. Hence the translated named of Devil's Cellar. Since then the wine theives remain deterred.
