Gabbiano Bellezza boasts flavours of black cherry and raspberry, with a good balance of fruit and tannins. On the nose, aromas of cherry, fruits, spice and vanilla oak are evident and rewards the palate with hints of orange peel and cedar.
The 12th century Castello di Gabbiano is situated between Florence and Siena and sits on a hilltop in the heart of Tuscany’s famous Chianti Classico region. A vaulted aging cellar lies under the Castello, and the estate stretches around it to include: historic farmhouses (now guesthouses), Chianti Classico vineyards, Olive groves, a working Tuscan farm and a top quality restaurant “Il Cavaliere”. The winery is equipped with modern vinification equipment: temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and state of the art bottling and packaging lines.
