Tasting Notes

'If you like crisp, zesty whites, this one is definitely for you! Sauvignon blanc is the hot favourite of white wines at the moment, but comes in all sorts of guises! This one is from Chile – refreshing and lively, bursting with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, and followed with a mouth-tingling hit of freshly squeezed lime, and passion fruit, with an herbaceous edge, on the palate. Spot on with seafood, Thai fish curry, vegetable salads and hits the spot with fish ā€˜n’ chips!' Angela

More info

Isla Negra is Spanish for Black Island, but in spite of its name, this curious and exceptional place is not really an island. There are magical things about Isla Negra. It’s supposed to be a place to draw creativity and illumination from: because of the peculiarity of its geography, and the mystery of the ocean. This is where their wines get inspired and this is exactly what each of their varieties wishes to transmit through a glass of wine.
