Tasting Notes
‘Lively , zesty dry white, with characteristic gooseberry and fresh cut grass, Sauvignon blanc aromas. On the palate, a dry herbaceous style, with a refreshing citrussy style, and zingy flavours of passion fruit. Lovely chilled on its own, or with grilled fish, tuna salad, and great with thai prawn curry and Asian food.’ Angela Mount

Palo Alto wines come from the Maule Valley, one of the more southern wine growing regions in Chile.“Palo Alto” is the nickname for the thorny flowering trees that are dotted all over the rolling hillsides of the valley. The wines have an easy appeal, and are very characteristics. Palo Alto supports the environment via the ‘Trees for Cities’ campaign, and a percentage of every bottle sold will be donated to this appeal.
