This delightfully refreshing off-dry wine has a gorgeous, zesty aroma of lime and orange blossom. The palate has intense flavours of rich pineapple fruit together with a lighter, crisp lime finish. A lively wine that is very easy to drink either with or without food, it is especially good with spicy dishes.

Founded in 1961, Villa Maria has grown to be New Zealand’s most successful privately owned producer, achieving extraordinary results in competitions worldwide. Villa Maria has two modern wineries – the stunning state of the art Auckland winery and vineyard park which was opened in 2005 and the Marlborough winery set amid gorgeous scenery just outside Blenheim. In 2004 Villa Maria achieved certification at the Higher Level to the British Retail Consortium Standards, a tribute to their exacting quality standards. The winemaking philosophy is to be non-intrusive, allowing the flavours of the fruit and the character of the vineyard to be expressed through the wine.
