Yummy with fruit cake
This wine is a personal favourite however all the Wolf Blass wines I have tasted have been superb. I enjoy this wine with foods such as spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, spicy meatballs and fruitcake.

A rich deep red wine, smooth and aromatic, this meaty and earthy Cabernet offers intense bouquets of plum and berry, violet cassis and blackberry. The wine has a full flavoured palate, flavours of rich berry and red plums, currants, blackberries and a subtle touch of oak. The finish has smooth sleek tannins and a lingering, delicate mouthfeel with good length.
